ORDERS
All orders are shipped out of our store in Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in euros.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.
Manosjewel offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. However, some products products might be available upon request only, which means that the shipping time of these products differs from the basic shipping policy. In this case the product has the indication “PRE-ORDER”. The customer puts it in the shopping cart, completes his order and then is informed by our company(through email confirming the order and its details). Pre-ordered items are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.
